Following the success of 2006's Zombie Art Show, Martina and Frank of New York City's MF Gallery have decided to do it again!

This time on opening night, (Saturday April 14th at 7 pm) MF Gallery will actually be attacked by Zombies! A Band of Satanic Superhero Robots called Dethrace will battle the undead and then perform some of their new songs. Following the legacy of GWAR, Kiss, The Voluptuous Horror of Karen Black, with a little G.G. Allin mixed in for fun; Dethrace is a unique mix of Speed Metal and Crazy Performance Art. This event is not to be missed!



Zombie artists will include: Ed Repka, infamous Megadeth cover artist; Extremo, Portland's own Clown Artist; Kevin Klemm, Corpse Creator Extraordinaire; Italian Horror Graphic Novelist, Giorgio Santucci; New York Artists Cecilia Granata, Jeff Zornow, Joe Simko, Drew Maillard, Creepy Collection and Garry Boake; as well as Putrid, Stephen Blickenstaff, Jose Mercado, Sean Stepanoff, Stacy Lande, J Painter, Mark Riddick, Johnny Crap, and others.

To round off the Zombie fun, anyone who shows up in Zombie make-up will receive FREE BEER and BRAINS (No joke!) ...Of course, additional drinks and refreshments for living beings will also be available! Admission is free and open to all ages, no RSVP required…BUT ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
